Discovery to launch typically runs three to sixteen weeks, depending on the size of the build.

Where you sign off.
Written approval is taken at these four points. The next stage begins only after that.
Scope and proposal
Features, timeline and commercials in writing. Kickoff follows sign-off.
Wireframes and structure
Page structure and user flows are locked before visual design begins.
Final UI design
Development starts after design approval, which is what prevents costly rework.
Pre-launch UAT
You test on staging yourself. Nothing goes live without your approval.
What happens when requirements change?
Small changes are absorbed into the scope. Larger ones are estimated separately and added only once you approve. The invoice never grows quietly.
And if there is a delay?
If the delay is ours, the timeline extends at no additional cost. If content or approvals are pending on your side, that appears just as transparently in the schedule.
What happens after launch?
30 to 90 days of support at no cost, depending on the engagement. After that, a maintenance plan is optional — the code is yours and you may continue with anyone.
